TSPRO Soccer Academy is designed and based on a curriculum made of different styles of training from around the world with emphasis on European methods.
It is competitive and provides an opportunity for every player to improve his or her technical and tactical skills, as well as, increase enjoyment and love for this great game of soccer. Technique, tactics, insight, and speed are some of the major and essential aspects of soccer that will be emphasized during all training sessions. Licensed soccer coaches with years playing and coaching experience instruct all sessions in a professional manner.
Above all TSPRO Soccer Academy will encourage camaraderie, confidence, pride and team spirit with the belief that each player will perform above expectations no only on the soccer field, but also in other social activities. This is the most important part of our program.
Director of Coaching
Coach Tom, currently a Park Ridge (IL) resident was born in 1971 in Zurawic Poland. After high school he attended Medical College in Olesno and received a Masters Degree of Physical Education with an emphasis in Teacher Physical Education and Soccer from AWF located in Katowice Poland. Not only did Coach Tom receive a higher education in soccer he played for a number of professional teams in the first and second division in Poland such as Motor Praszka, Ruch Radzionkow, Krisbut Myszkow, WKS Wielun, KKS Kalisz. After coming to the United States he has continued his playing career with Wisla Chicago (outdoor champion NSL 1999,2000,2001,indoor second place 2002-2003) and was selected captain with Illinois Amateur Select Team 2000-2002. In addition to playing Tom has coached many teams in the Chicago land area including junior and senior teams including Wisla Chicago (senior) Lightning Chicago (senior), WIsla Chicago (junior), PNA Chicago (junior ) and Chicago Magic PNA (junior).
Coach Tom is a certified soccer coach that holds the II Class – UEFA ” A” licence, USSF “E” licence and NASM (PES) certification.
Tom is married to wife Aneta and has 2 kids, Victoria and Michael.
Coach Les Gluszynski, an Elk Grove Village resident was origianlly born in Zabrze Poland in 1983. After graduating from Elmwood Park HS where he played varsity soccer all four years and earning All-Conference and Team Captain honors he committed to play at Dominican University. A 2005 graduate of Dominican University (BFA) he has lettered with the Stars men’s soccer program from 2001-2005. As a player, Les brings a wealth of experience from teams such as CKS Warta, Legovia, Schwaben, Lemont FC, Chicago Maroons, Stal Mielec FC and FC Igloopol. As a coach, Les has worked with many soccer organizations and clubs in the Chicago land area such as Elmwood Park High School (Assistant boys and girls coach), Dominican University (Assistant Coach), Chicago Magic PSG-PNA (Technical Director and Coach). Coach Les currently holds a USSF “E” License. He lives with wife Joanna son Carson and dog “Max”.

Coach Mane Lukic was born in Belgrade Serbia and moved to the US about 10 years ago. Growing up he played on the Serbian National team from age groups U14 through U18 as their starting striker and midfielder. After out growing the national team he began playing professional soccer in Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey, and Russia, while earning a degree in mechanical engineering. After his move to the states he continued to play with United Serbs Milwaukee, then United Serbs Chicago, and a few other local teams. Mane has coached many soccer organizations in the last 8 years such as Brookfield Milwaukee Wisconsin, Bosnian Soccer Club Chicago, Chicago Fire South, and Team Evanston. He brings knowledge as a player, leader, and coach with a cultured background to each team. He currently live in Rosemont with his wife and 2year old son.
Coach Marcin was born in Czestochowa Poland in 1975 brings a wealth of coaching experience with an emphasis on goalkeeping. As a member of the U16 and U18 Polish National Team Marcin has guarded the net in over 30 matches. In addition to playing with the national team he has played in a number of first division and second division teams in Poland such as Rakow Czestochowa, Ruch Radzionkow, CKS Czeladz ,Warta Dzialoszyn, MKS Myszkow. After his move to the United States Marcin has continued playing for a number of tams such as Calisa, Blyskawica Chicago and Chicago Force. Coach Marcin attended AWF (Academy of Physical Education) with an emphasis on Physical Education Teacher but also completed certification courses in gymanastics, swimming and soccer. After graduating from college Coach Marcin
taught PE for 7 years. He currently lives with his wife Malgorzata and two daughters Olga and Maya. Coach Marcin holds an “E” license.

I am bilingual in English and Polish. Attended nine years of Polish School.
Played for multiple clubs in my youth (AAC Eagles, Green and White, Sockers FC, FC United). This included a 2002 u13 National Indoor Championship with Sockers FC.
I attended and graduated from Saint Viator High School in Arlington Heights Ill. Played on the varsity team my junior and senior year.
After high school I attended Elmhurst College in Elmhurst Ill. Graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice with a minor in History. 2009-10 Male Scholar Athlete of the Year. Three year starter. Captured the first conference championship and invitation to the DIV 3 NCAA national tournament in the programs history.
I have worked Elmhurst College summer camps including the Nike Camps. I helped coach at Raiders Futbol Club and Chicago Edge SC (River Forest Rapids).
I was also a Assistant Coach for the Roosevelt University mens soccer team during the 2015 season. Part of a staff that helped capture the programs first conference championship and conference tournament championship which resulted in their first trip to the NAIA Men's Soccer National Tournament.
Live in Des Plaines, currently single and have a dog named "Gucio."
